- Change `TokenCount` to not re-emit `last_token_usage` on rate-limit-only updates
- Desktop-created worktree thread exists locally but never appears in Codex Desktop thread list
- Repeated compacting in short intervals (in both app and cli)
- Local paths in MCP args are not working in Codex app (but work in Codex CLI)
