- `Bun.cron(…)` writes logs to the insecure globally shared temp dir on macOS

- Make `Bun.cron` run the script with its working directory set to its `import.meta.dirname`
- `bun upgrade -g --latest` crashes with assertion failure
- [Windows] `import.meta.main` is false when the filename extension is omitted and the letter case does not strictly match
- Support "file://…" for paths passed to `Bun.cron(…)`
