- Bun Shell: no way to give spawned commands a TTY (stdout/stderr are always pipes) — support `terminal` like Bun.spawn
- Bun.Terminal: spawned child's controlling terminal is not the PTY (no setsid/TIOCSCTTY) — ^C never signals, /dev/tty points at the parent's tty
- bun:test: settle async matchers with promise reactions instead of re-entering the event loop
