- node:net: getConnections() reports live count after close()
- fs/promises: reject closed FileHandle ops with plain Error('file closed')
- `--max-old-space-size` and JSC heap-cap options are silently ignored — no way to bound the heap, so memory-limited containers OOM where Node completes
