- plugin: consult both onResolve registration forms for namespaced specifiers
- bun test: reset fake timers and setSystemTime between test files
- bundler: bundle require() calls made through createRequire(import.meta.url) bindings
- resolver: apply package.json exports to packages found via NODE_PATH
- Bun.write: borrow TypedArray sources instead of snapshotting on the JS thread
- event_loop: stop re-draining thread-pool completions mid-tick
