- c-ares backend gives up after REFUSED from the first nameserver instead of trying the remaining resolv.conf nameservers (glibc falls through)
- usockets: take every SCM_RIGHTS descriptor off an IPC message and close the extras
- bake: remap server-side stack frames against the server chunk prefix
- docs: state what directory routes do with symlinks off Linux and with dotfiles
- bake: give every server HMR patch its own source URL so older patches keep remapping
