- sql: make result array metadata properties non-enumerable
- test/bundler: make the three dead source map checks in expectBundled assert
- test(timers): speed up setTimeout.test.js and tighten its assertions
- cli: evaluate `bun -p test` / `bun --print test` / `bun -pe help` instead of dispatching the code as a subcommand
- js_parser: rewrite assignments to exports of sibling TypeScript namespace blocks
- Decode module text that comes from disk or bundler output as UTF-8
- inspect: display a class or function name set with Object.defineProperty
- test(no-orphans): gate the uid/gid test on being able to signal a nobody-owned process
