- bun:test: cover Bun.serve's Date header timer under fake timers
- ci(verify-baseline): build the static scanner in build-bun and download it instead of cargo-building it per job
- node:fs: normalize copyFile paths on Windows before adding the \\?\ prefix
- bun test --todo: report a todo body that times out as todo instead of a failure
- worker: free the thread's event name table when the worker thread exits
- Bun.serve: queue the parse-error response behind the buffered response instead of truncating it
- run, install: honor --no-env-file / --env-file for scripts run through the bun exec hop
