- Bun.build has no way to set CSS browser targets, so oklch() is always downlevelled (minified output larger than input)
- webcore: remove unsafe from Response/Request/Body/ReadableStream/FileReader/Sink
- test(bundler): one compiled HTML server per backend, exact response assertions
- test(fetch.tls): abort the stalled handshakes instead of waiting for the idle sweep
- Windows: FileSink.start({ path }) on a live writer: hand the writer a libuv fd and close the old source
- bun:test: remove unsafe from the test runner
- ci: raise the core file size limit so a crashed test process dumps core on the Debian and Ubuntu lanes
- test(bake): settle stylesheet links on their load or error event in the client fixture
- Run runtime plugin onResolve for bare and relative specifiers
