- bun test: let -t match a test whose full name is empty

- require(esm): reject top-level await before evaluating, with ERR_REQUIRE_ASYNC_MODULE
- ipc: report an undecodable message instead of closing the channel silently
- resolver: resolve a build entry point as a file before a package
