- js_parser: resolve a module-level `var` that a nested block declares again to one symbol
- install: store the manifests that bun update and bun audit fix fetch
- console: print a string in quotes for `%o`, `%O` and `console.dir`
- bundler: put the pages that server code imports in import order
- test --changed: follow HTML imports and every copy of a changed file
- js_parser: number nested names in files with a brace-less enum or abstract class body
- bundler: spell `import.meta.require` as the `require` of node, CommonJS and dev-server output
- bundler: type-check the `files` text of an entry that a plugin loads or that only types use
- test(install): cover `bun update --latest` for a catalog entry that a required peer uses
- RegExp: fail the path, not the pattern, when it needs more input than a string can hold (WebKit bump for oven-sh/WebKit#864)
