- node:child_process: first spawn in a bun test process sometimes sets exitCode but never emits 'exit' or its output
- `bun run --parallel` doesn't terminate when using Ctrl+C on Windows
- bun test --parallel --no-isolate prints a test's log under another file's header after a failure
- `bun test --isolate`: a file that stores a function on a global and stops a `Bun.serve` keeps its global alive (linear memory growth)
- Bun.serve: HEAD response to a string body has no Content-Type, while GET gets text/plain;charset=utf-8
