- Bun.SQL (MySQL adapter): gaps blocking StarRocks and other MySQL-wire servers — text-protocol parameters, default database, stopping running queries, streaming, binary-row decoding
- new ArrayBuffer larger than 4 GiB throws RangeError: Out of memory (Node allows it)
- vitest under bun drops re-exported namespace binding (`import * as z; export { z }`) — zod's `z` is undefined
- bun check: process.versions.typescript and docs say 7.0.2, but type checking follows TypeScript 7.1
- bun test: a timed-out async test keeps running after the next test starts, contrary to the docs
- Crash on startup under thread exhaustion: pthread_create EAGAIN panics instead of failing cleanly (1.4.2, linux-x64)
- Runtime transpiler cache reuses ordinary-module output for bun test, skipping Vitest import mapping
- `react-router build` hangs under qemu-user since Bun 1.4.0 (works in 1.3.14 and Node.js)
