- Runaway native recursion in bun 1.3.14 allocates unboundedly until the machine dies (3 concurrent processes; the 2 walkable stacks are identical)
- Windows: Bun.cron() OS scheduler does not start until the next midnight.
- Runtime transpiler cache inlines process.env dot-reads during Worker-thread imports — later processes execute the first process's env values
- macOS: JIT emits AVX on Macs without it, so a darwin-x64 baseline build SIGILLs once code tiers up
