- shell: replace, don't append, when a prefix assignment overrides an env var
- bun:test: normalise test.each tables like Jest so a [] row does not wait on done()
- console: format boxed primitives and RegExp from their internal slot
- bundler: key PathToSourceIndexMap on (namespace, path) for plugin module identity
- fetch: send every request header instead of silently dropping past the 250th
- plugin: consult both onResolve registration forms for namespaced specifiers
