- bun-release: make the postinstall's npm install and registry download fallbacks work
- libwebp: dispatch the AVX2 kernels on x64 and initialise the VP8L dsp tables once
- compile: reject --target version tokens that are not exactly vX.Y.Z
- test: serve the h3 receive-backpressure bodies from an idle process
- build: write the long edges (cargo, big TUs) first in build.ninja so fresh builds start them first
- bun-types: fix Bun.build JSDoc examples that do not type-check (compile, metafile, loader)
- fetch: reject an unreadable Bun.file() request body with a TypeError
- ffi: own TinyCC states through an RAII StateHandle
- dns: keep Node's EREFUSED behavior on REFUSED and pin it with a test
