- docs: state what directory routes do with symlinks off Linux and with dotfiles
- bake: give every server HMR patch its own source URL so older patches keep remapping
- toml: index a table's keys once it outgrows a linear scan
- paths: make stem() return the basename for dotfiles
- compile: remove the temp executable on Windows when the move to the outfile fails
- test(bundler): compile once in compile-process-execargv.test.ts and assert the exact argv
