- crypto: make CryptoHasherBun (was CryptoHasherZig) an enum of boxed hash states
- node:http2: send array values in raw-form header lists as one field per element
- test: run the type-export fixtures through one compile and assert their output

- node:http2: record empty trailers as sent when the stream ends without a 'wantTrailers' listener
