- install: allow bun info and pm view without a package.json
- shell(cp): refuse copying a source onto itself however the destination is spelled
- yaml: only a plain or !!merge-tagged `<<` key is a merge key
- fs.cp: fail with ENOENT when the destination's parent is a dangling symlink
- lexer: decode ill-formed UTF-8 in JS source as U+FFFD
- resolver: keep sibling entries whose names differ only in case
- node:fs: recursive mkdir on Windows no longer accepts a directory link to nowhere as an existing directory
- Free the .jsc sidecar blob handed to ResolvedSource.bytecode_cache
- bundler: pull the runtime into chunks that print a CSS file's namespace object
