- bundler: give files imports the same display path as disk files
- bundler: list tree-shaken files in the metafile inputs so import edges resolve
- bundler: copy HTML url assets resolved through files: or an onResolve plugin

- hot: report a reloaded generation's error while a beforeExit listener keeps the loop alive
