- usockets: report an out-of-descriptors event loop init as an error, not a crash
- test(bundler): speed up bundler_splitting.test.ts and tighten its assertions
- test/bundler: run the bundler_edgecase deep graph cases concurrently and pin more outputs
- test(bundler): overlap bundler_compile.test.ts links on release builds and pin more outputs
