- resolver: resolve phantom dependencies from global-store entries through the project's hoisted layer
- bun test: do not record sibling-worker CPU contention in --parallel timings
- Fix $ORIGIN RPATH lookups for native addons under auto-install
- Windows: refuse a second reading pipe over a stdio fd instead of blocking in uv_pipe_open
- cli: remove unsafe from bun run / bun test / --filter and the other CLI commands
- Stop reading user-mutable built-ins on the fs, child_process, dns, and CJS loader paths
- Resolver: after a miss, check on disk the cached facts that the lookup read, and retry if one is stale
- Read NODE_OPTIONS and apply the flags Bun implements
- fetch: add TLS fingerprint options (ja3, grease, permuteExtensions, ...)
