- repl: run --preload / -r / --require / --import before the first evaluation
- bundler: take one copy per key for a top-level destructuring of a module namespace
- bundler: say "imported file" only when require() names the file with the top-level await
- test: wait for the kernel to apply the peer's reset before the write that must fail

- Bun.Image: give gray and palette PNG rows of up to 8 bits a row routine
