- `bun check`: keep the empty `--loader` extension out of tsconfig `include` matching
- run: add npm's `--workspace` flag and use it for a script's `npm run -w`
- bun create: keep the template's package.json until the rewrite, and exit 1 when the rewrite fails
- node:http2: do not run the frame queue inside the callback of a dequeued write
- bundler: give a shared stylesheet the name of its CSS entry point under CSS chunking
