- Remove dead code from bun_sys, bun_format, boringssl_sys, and two unused Cargo dependencies
- bundler: do not treat a `__commonJS` wrapper as async in `import()`
- bundler: error when a file bundled as CommonJS imports a module with top-level await
- bun-types: declare `S3File.name` as `string` and remove `S3File.readable`
- glob: reopen the directory after `..`, and check symlink cycles only under `**`
- shell: add the `:` builtin (POSIX null command)
- Send queues: keep 4096 bytes of room behind a payload of 1 MiB or more
- completions: build the bunx link and .zshrc paths from raw bytes
- install --filter: optional peers don't install left-out packages
