- macros: resolve macro imports with a resolver for Bun, so the "macro" export condition applies
- dev server: translate `vite:` event names in `import.meta.hot.on()` and `off()`
- dev server: bundle a saved text, json or file module through its importers
- run: build the --bun node shim directory from the temp dir env vars
- Bun.file().slice(): read the slice with pread, do not seek the descriptor
