- `bun fmt --lsp`: a language server for editors, and a thin VS Code client
- dev server: import() runs the module after the calling code and rejects when it fails
- install: respect TMPDIR environment variable on Android instead of hardcoding /data/local/tmp
- install: make_executable fails with EOPNOTSUPP when lchmod is called on symlinks on Linux / Android
- fix(completions): guard against empty regex in bun.bash
- transpiler: keep a top-level class and `export default` where they are written

- Blob: leave the Blob attached when bytes() rejects it for its size
