- resolver: look up "main" in the "browser" map with the extension order of its load, for script imports
- Cut the Rust `DOMExceptionCode` to the codes Rust sends and pin them from C++
- dev server: make a tab wait for the fix when a hot update imports a file with a build error
- diagnostics_channel: hold a channel strongly while it has subscribers or bound stores
- resolver: key the directory caches natively on POSIX, so `<dir>\` and `<dir>` do not share an entry
