- bun build --compile --aot: executables turn on PR_SET_MDWE, so native libraries that JIT (Mesa llvmpipe/lavapipe, LuaJIT, PCRE2…) fail or crash, with no opt-out
- fix(resolver): defer unused executable path lookup
- node:http2 client ignores server SETTINGS_MAX_CONCURRENT_STREAMS → GOAWAY
- [Windows] Global npm installation fails with EBUSY when handling bun.exe
- tty.ReadStream destroyed outside its data callback leaves a read pending: the process never exits and swallows the next key
