- `scan_csv` support for different encodings
- docs(python): Separate `interpolate` operations for `DataFrame` and `Expr`
- `read_csv` does not work on S3 path while `scan_csv` does
- Naming of expressions involving `pl.lit(...) + pl.Expr`
- Drawback when checking the equality of dataframes if all column values are null, but the data type is not null
- Optionally include NaNs when writing JSON
- Implement the allow_missing_columns arqument for scan_csv()
- `.str.to_datetime()` is excessively slow to fail
- from_numpy can't convert np.nan to null automatically.
