- `is_in` incorrectly filters when column is `Datetime(ns)` and values are a list of python datetime objects
- `pl.concat(how="align_full")` errors if frame with subset of key columns exists and the number of full-key columns > 2
- Type hints for `from_arrow` / `from_pandas` returning either `DataFrame | Series` is inconvenient
- Rolling count or improve rolling sum
- Support named placeholders in `pl.format()`
- perf: Keep scalar columns scalar during concat when possible
- `pl.from_dicts` does not raise an error for data not adhering to a schema when strict is True
- Add `header_column` parameter to `df.transpose()`
