- `group_by(..., maintain_order=True).agg(...).head(n).sort(...)` returns arbitrary groups: optimizer drops `maintain_order` although a slice sits between group-by and sort
- `read_ipc` panics (`cast_slice>TargetAlignmentGreaterAndInputNotAligned`) on a compressed IPC file whose Decimal128 buffer is stored uncompressed (length -1)
- Streaming top-k panics with `assertion failed: keys.width() == 1` when the sort keys repeat a column (`sort(["a", "a"]).head(k)`)
