Help out
- Issues
- Checking the emptyness of a lazyframe with pl.String as first column can cause OOM
- `cast(Struct{...}, strict=True)` to renamed fields silently nulls every value
- `write_csv(quote_style="always")` writes nulls as `""`, silently turning them into empty strings on read
- FilterExec's parallelism gate is inverted, leading to significant slowdown
- `gather_every(n)` should start from the nth value instead of the first value.
- fix(python): Honor `strict` in row-oriented DataFrame construction
- .rolling(...).agg(...) ~20–40x slower ≥ 64 threads
- `json_decode` dtype cast is more permissive than *I* would expect
- feat(rust): Implement dictionary encodings for decimals in parquet
- scan_parquet decode-ahead ignores sink_batches backpressure and scales RSS with total rows
