- is_pause_process() reads only the first 4096 bytes of /proc/<pid>/environ, so a live pause process is treated as stale
- podman machine init fails to pull machine-os artifact on Windows: "The system cannot find the path specified" (reproduced on 6.0.2 and 5.8.6)
