- `poetry init --author` doesn't seem to allow multiple authors on Windows
- Use `poetry.toml` everywhere instead of `config.toml` in some places and `poetry.toml` in other
- Add a `poetry check --sync` command
- poetry sometimes exits before changing some of the libraries' status

- Including companion dependency only for specific versions of another dependency
