- Add SwiftLint rule to prevent multiple variable declarations on one line
- `one_declaration_per_file`: ignore declarations less visible than a specified access level
- `number_separator`: allow ignoring certain types of numbers
- opening_braces allows some multiline if statements, others get flagged
- False positive for `prefer_self_in_static_references` when an inner struct has the same name as its owner
