- Delete dead emancipations.js (DataTable on a table that no longer exists)
- Delete dead All-CASA-admin DataTables scripts (tables.js, datatable.js)
- Remove the datatables.net-dt package (nothing uses it after the dead scripts go)
- Delete dead read_more.js (replaced by truncated_text controller)
- Delete dead sweet-alert-confirm.js (no view uses data-confirm-swal)
- Delete dead validated_form.js (the case contact form it targeted was redesigned)
- Volunteer edit: SMS reactivation button gets old Bootstrap classes when Twilio is off
- Case contacts filter: use the auto-submit Stimulus controller instead of jQuery
- New case: use Stimulus for the "I don't know the court date yet" toggle
