- Prune login_activities older than 13 months (stored IPs and typed emails are kept forever)
- Drop the legacy notifications table (unused since the Noticed v2 migration in 2024)
- chore(deps): update dependency devise_invitable to v2.0.14
- ☂️ Remove jQuery: convert the last legacy scripts to Stimulus
- Delete dead emancipations.js (DataTable on a table that no longer exists)
- Delete dead All-CASA-admin DataTables scripts (tables.js, datatable.js)
- Remove the datatables.net-dt package (nothing uses it after the dead scripts go)
- Delete dead read_more.js (replaced by truncated_text controller)
- Delete dead sweet-alert-confirm.js (no view uses data-confirm-swal)
- Delete dead validated_form.js (the case contact form it targeted was redesigned)
