- `cargo test --all` should run tests in parallel
- Add a way to update multiple dependencies with `--precise` and `-p`
- Be `ionice` on unix
- `cargo update` can print redundant Added/Removing for non-registry based dependencies
- `cargo update -p SPEC` can silently downgrade dependencies of other packages when multi-major ranges are used
- `cargo update` may silently update dependencies
- Add a way to refer to a particular target in JSON messages
- Patching dependencies does not work if it's for the same location but a different branch
- maybe suggest running `cargo update` if there's a previously selected version conflict
- Doctests don't work in bin targets
