- Warn about `cargo publish` with git submodules not checked out
- Cargo should warn if "probably misnamed" config.toml is present.
- Request to list all missing crates rather than first one
- cargo publish/package ignores `include` section and fails when subdirectory contains a Cargo.toml
- docs about cargo-provided environment variables could be clearer that they're compile-time only
- Don't use incremental compilation for build scripts
