- cargo does not use git and fails to download, use default which makes sense
- Docs could clarify whether `rerun-if-env-changed` is needed for Cargo env (`PROFILE`, `OPT_LEVEL`, etc)
- `cargo update` is non-deterministic + updates unrelated crates (w/ reproduction)
- Misleading "`workspace.package.X` was not defined" error when member crate contains `[workspace.dependencies]`
- cargo install: non-adjacent duplicate crate args are not deduplicated
- fix(init): Use detected project kind in status message
- Apparent race condition with build pipelining and/or target dir locking
