- Split `clippy::manual_is_power_of_two` into two lints to handle `x & (x - 1) == 0` better
- Create new lints with `#[clippy::version = "dev"]`
- False negatives for missing_docs_in_private_items since 1.79.
- Lint against `String::from_raw_parts`
- future_not_send unclear about what value is held across an await
- `CARGO_INCREMENTAL=0` prevents `clippy::std_instead_of_*` from warning on mixed std/core imports
- doc_overindented_list_items false positive expecting fewer spaces
- Consider deleting `FORMAT_MACRO_DIAG_ITEMS`, and tag the macros in stdlib
- References within Rc/Arc may not be meaningful
