- New lint: lint against any `MaybeUninit::uninit()`
- `if_same_then_else` triggers when bodies only differ in attributes
- Rewrite `arithmetic_side_effects` to not use matching on string representation of types
- `indexing_slicing` should not trigger if the `get` method expects a different type
- `while_let_loop`: hoist code out of the loop
- Suggest private non-default field in some cases
- use Atomic `swap` instead of `load` & `store`
- fix(mut_mutex_lock): don't lint on indexing and field accesses
- `tests_outside_test_module` is triggered when using "complex" `cfg` attributes
