- Checking for (integer) constants in lints is inconsistent and does not handle all cases (e.g., static constants)
- Lots of incorrect useless_conversion warnings when libc is involved
- Spurious `map_err_ignore` warning when running `cargo clippy` with that warning allowed

- Clippy suggests !RangeInclusive::contains for exclusive float range comparisons
