- perf: skip redundant clone analysis for clone-free functions
- Empty Test Lint
- fix: evaluate inline const blocks with the const evaluator
- New lint: `vec_from_literal_array`
- Rename and reimplement `nonnull_unchecked_on_box_ptr`
- double_parens: consider one diagnostic instead of one per pair?
- Lint on slice literals i.e. `[...].to_vec()` and instead suggest `vec![]`
- Don't reuse cargo clippy --fix results for regular checks
