- A `!`-typed constant in a zero-length array `[C; 0]` is never evaluated, but type checking treats it as diverging, so safe code executes `unreachable`
- Impl read_le/read_be for f16 and f128
- BPF: core: ops/arith.rs emits `__extendhfsf2` libcall, LLVM rejects it
- don't kill borrows of `#[thread_local]` `static`s when their `StaticRef` temporaries go out of scope
- Float patterns: an arm with `-0.0` is skipped when the guard of an earlier `0.0` arm fails (wrong arm since 1.79)
- BPF: core: `core::io::Error` fails to compile at ISel with `Cannot select: ... AtomicLoad`
