- refactor(eval): single-source the tracker-addition helpers, and fix the fifth site no copy-scan could find (#3796)
- refactor(lib): one shared walkTree() so the nested-checkout gate is a ban, not a dataflow judgement (#3818)
- pathFullyPreserved(): unreadable ls-tree on a fully-preserved directory still aborts the update (tri-state needed)
- apply() checks out the target manifest unfiltered and without --literal-pathspecs, while rollback() now guards both
- i18n: seven market evaluation modes (de, fr, hi, id, it, ko, nl) are frozen pre-Block-G, and the oferta.md parity check cannot see them
- Governance: the contributor ladder is specified five incompatible ways, and the file the org announcement points at matches none of them
- web/apply: the drive loop can click a submit control (icon-only or non-English label)
- Credit: not in .all-contributorsrc or CONTRIBUTORS.md after 8 merged PRs
- update-system.mjs commits the auto-update onto whatever branch you are on, including a contributor's feature branch
