- verification receipts declare what each oracle checked and what it could not; the merge receipt carries the unverified remainder
- integration: detect stale-assumption conflicts from each task's read and write sets, not only from overlapping diffs
- approval: extend evidence-bound decisions from approval cards to the tool-call queue, and add scoped amendments with a revocation receipt
- helper scripts and tests an agent writes during a run are content-addressed run artefacts with an origin step; cross-run reuse goes through attested-usage receipts
- govern discover: a probe is a declared record, and adapter selection is a registry, never a branch
- govern apply: the same diff applied twice is a recorded no-op, proven by a run-twice test
- secrets: a HashiCorp Vault reference backend for the broker contract, leases included
- identity: a stolen token is a usable token — bind it to a proof of possession
- models: an installation has no record of which models it is permitted to use, and no way to prove what was permitted last month
- govern discover: report agent runtimes, MCP servers and endpoints that no playbook declares
