- identity: tenant_id defaults to "default", so a record can be written with no tenant and still verify
- authz: speak AuthZEN 1.0 at the decision boundary, and make every answer a recomputable receipt
- security: twenty signing sites load a private key off disk, and only one of them can be moved to an HSM
- approval: one path records the approver as "operator", the other cannot record one at all
- lineage: taint flows in but sensitivity does not flow out — a summary of a confidential document is unclassified
- An executable acceptance suite for the questions asked about a run after the fact
