- security: workers get no shared secure-coding ruleset, and a run cannot say which rules were in force
- identity: what a worker was on a given hop is not one signed, independently verifiable statement
- delegation: a hop's authority is linked but not provably attenuated, and only our own verifier reads the chain
- observability: a run's security events reach no SIEM; export the journal as OCSF events, deterministically
